After months of research, studying grill after grill after grill, and multiple nights studying Consumer Reports--I bought a grill. Not just any grill, for her name is Hoss. She's a Weber Genesis E-320 and my husband Shawn expertly put her together while I was toiling away on the iPhoto Missing Manual over at Pogue's place.
I left David's at about 7:45 and zipped by the Saugatuck market and grabbed a couple of ribeyes along with three ears of corn and a bundle of snap peas. It was the best meal either of us have had in years. Seriously. And with the way I travel, I've had some pretty amazing meals in the past few years.
I predict there will be a significant increase in protein while the warm weather lasts :)
